★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is pathetic. They just want you to drink water. 4 waiters would come and ask for water, but no one would pour it, unless you buy bottled water. Wait for 30 mins to get your dish. We ordered Chicken cheese kebab and Lucknowi biryani. Cheese was extreeeemely dry and you can forget abt biryani. Only thing good was the quantity(rice) with just 2 pieces of chicken.
Overall a forgetful experience for the price we pay for the dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of the name, went 12 km to taste it's flavour. Taste is not bad but nothing special about it.
Choose a place where we can sit with family, but they ask us to sit inside where Mostly students are sitting with loud noise. Secondly I don't like the service because of below points:
1) provide butter tandoori in the name of butter naan
2) once the order placed no-one came to

3) No finger bowl provide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have biryani, kababs & tandoori chicken.Prices are also reasonable.we had Lucknowi biryani, noodles chilly ,tandoori, taste & quantity of the food was good. You can definitely try once.They have few branches in patna & there you can find crowd every time for their food. They are specially known for their biryani & mughlai items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for Weekday Lunch. Ordered Chicken Patiala Leg Kebab, Special Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kassa. The food was below average. Biryani was bland, there was a not so pleasant smell in kebab. The air conditioning was not working in a room full of people which added to the wonderful food! Not Recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Biryani mall has three floors and no doubt it is spacious and tables are available for families, friends, and couple as well. The place needs more hygiene as I saw mice were running from the one table to another table on the floor. Washrooms were dirty. Let's talk about food, me and my friends ordered chicken leg Biryani which was okay, I won't say that it was great, because it wasn't. They don't give Raayta as complimentary but you have to pay for it which I found a negative thing. Rayta was just modest, in a nutshell the meal was bland. Prices were not that pocket friendly. You can give it a try if you want to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience was satisfactory because food quality and quantity was good but in terms of comfort there is some downside because AC was not working that much fine , it might be fixed now.
Staff was not so good because he didn't listen ? in one time ,you have to keep trying or say ? loudly so waiter can hear you, also waiter was quite rude.
So my final verdict:- If you want food with comparatively low prices then go here because you don't have to compromise with food quality and quantity. ⭐⭐⭐
