★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a mani/pedi and was left less than satisfied with the service. The technician was friendly however, her service was less than satisfactory. She did a very poor job in filing my nails (rough edges and not properly trimmed as requested) as I had to point it out to her and correct her. The nail polish was very poor quality and applied very poorly. It didn’t dry properly even after 2 hours of application and kept smudging. The seat during the mani/pedi was not at all comfortable and I had to keep bending back and forth for the technician.

The technician was best in her work and highly professional. Her suggestions worked well on my nails. Offcourse she had charming personality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely trash customer service. The salon manager was extremely rude. I made an appointment for a manicure but asked if extensions would be possible. I was told no and got a mediocre gel application only to find out that there was a technician available and extensions take barely 5-10 min longer than a gel application. They could have had a happy customer and made more money but they chose rigidity instead. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their designs are nice, and all their technicians are also very talented, they can do any designs you want. Service is also good. The UV light, however, is very bad. I don't know why no reviews talk about this, but the UV light they use for drying the gel polish darkened my fingers and the back of my hand later. They should ask customers to apply SPF or provide protection cream or gloves. There was no point to my manicure because of this. The gel polish also gets stained easily by simple things like food. Appreciate the talent, design and service, but not worth the price.
