★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in this service center, they don't no how to handle customers receptionist is uneducated and don't have sense how to talk with customers, as per my experience this Bose service center is the worst service center in the world, I request to all viewers please don't visit in this service center kindly visit somewhere else.
They don't repair my music system and the time duration may take almost a month, still they don't resolve my Bluetooth device part, the receptionist in this attached photo aren't responding because she don't have any knowledge about there products
One more thing even there engineers are not experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous, almost made me doubt the authenticity of the Bose earphones I replaced via them. It is so surprising to know that brands use their services when they have one of the worst way of customer support. Provided no bill despite paying over 20k for earphones, after badgering provided a makeshift word document without GST number which looks very shady! Would suggest avoiding at all costs.

1st - they give you a no. Vch they never pick up or they are switched off
2nd - they took the product for rectification and told me that they will let me knw the status by next day but I have to go to the shop after 5 days to get the status
3rd - they said that the mother board has to be replaced which costs approx 15500, showed the speakers to another shop who rectified the same thing in 6000 and what he told me is he rectified the same mother board which had a problem vth the power connection.
4th - you buy such an expensive product and u don’t get any house visit and there is only 1 service centre in whole Delhi and 1 service centre in whole Gurgaon..it’s just the brand name nothing more..

The service center is situated just below the ground floor and consists of 5 to 6 employees of them 3 front desk and 3 backend .
The centre will either repair your malfunctioning product or will replace it (new replacement will be sent by the company ) .
Make sure to bring hard copy and well as soft copy the bill as they will ask you to send the soft copy of the invoice for any reason .
Most of the time the environment is calm and with very few disappointed customer .
But the team handles it smoothly and resolves all the complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local repair shop experience after purchasing high end Sound System 1.5L+. Bose should rethink twice before outsourcing their services. They don't know how to handle customers, executives are untrained. Bose service center is the worst service center in the world.
Rubber cushions of Module 300 not stocked properly, one is misplaced others were about to fall, didn’t bother to put Rs5/- glue.
Buy Bose and pray not to visit service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my speaker for the repairment and it's been 3 months I live in Jaipur I have visited the service service center 4 times from Jaipur and have got the same answer that it cannot be replaced or repaired as the part is not with them and they will arrange it 1st from elsewhere and then they will repair it repair it. I had the worst experience with boss and the service center is a fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bose service is really pathetic I recommend you to visit Denon Authorise service centre sec 46 they done my bose wave radio at a reasonable price. They are very professional and provided the best high quality service for my bose audio system, that wave radio belongs to my mother so it has a emotional value to me, I am very thankful to them.
