★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Pineapple Cake for my mom's birthday. I even called the shop to confirm that the cake has real Pineapple chunks. They said yes, but after eating the cake we hardly found any pieces of Pineapple. It's sad that they cheat customers. I called and spoke to the manager who of course had plenty of excuses. I don't recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a strawberry fresh cream cake , the strawberries weren't fresh and rotten & when delivered the cake was smashed from the top which spoiled the overall look considering it was a b'day cake gifted by me for my nephew's half b'day... Was disappointed by their service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super dry and stale sponge. The sponge was not fresh, it was crumbling like a stale bread while we served the cake. Had ordered this cake for new year celebrations but the cake factory just spoiled it. Also I don't understand why a Chocolate Hazelnut cake needs to have a thick layer of whipped cream on the top and all sides of the cake?! That is definitely how a chocolate hazelnut cake should be like. The cake had less sponge and more whipped cream. The presentation was bad as well, looked like they aren't interested in serving people, bass karke dedo aur paise lelo. Never gonna order anything from this store, they serve stale and bad quality food. Not recommended.
