โ โ โ โ โ Excellent value for money, lots of good bakery stuff. They have now moved to a new location on the main road facing the Viceroy Park. Must buy - maska khari and egg patties! Their Masala bread ? is very good ??

โ โ โ โ โ Highly disappointed with Merwans for the first time .
We have been regular customer of Merwan and have been buying cakes for them only . We usually buy choclate truffle cake, so we very nicely know the taste, but this time they handed over a normal chocolate cake , which was not at all up to the mark . We have sent an office guy for purchasing it and he was handed a wrong cake . It was for boss birthday and the cake ruined it all .
Maybe they didn't had choclate truffle cake so they handed a normal chocolate cake. Not acceptable....not happy....?

โ โ โ โ โ Pathetic service , food is good , but service is so bad , the conduct of the shopkeepers ...a few days ago I was rhe only customer here , u can check the cctv footage of 12pm of this money , 5th September , I forgot my chocolate square and nobody bothered to say I forgot it , they super lazy and judges ppl by looks bcoz today , 8th September , around 6:10-6:20 when I entered the shop , I wanted to buy caramel custard pastry, I had no change , only 500 cash , he took away my pastry saying I can't buy has he has no change , please change this man ! It was very rude and impolite of him, I am a daily customer of merwaans and this type of behavior is unbearable for anyone ... Plus they are so lazy that they don't eat the snacks ! I am very upset with their conduct and service , I didn't create a scene over there butpls make the changes ASAP

โ โ โ โ โ This place sucks. Went in the evening for Mava cake. Asked 3 staff but none even acknowledged my query, leave aside answering them. These guys working here will surely help the owner in locking this place very soon. Pathetic place where the staff attitude sucks. You may go there only if you like to get yourself insulted.

โ โ โ โ โ Merwans has awesome variety of cakes, pastries and all the other bakery items. They serve everything freshly prepared. This is probably the biggest bakery shop in Thakur Village. One must try their chocolate & lemon crackle cakes/pastries. Staff is cordial and helping. They donโt give carry bags, so either you take your own or pay 16/- for a cake of 1-3 pound weight. Location is very easy to locate if follow the GPRS.
