★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cleanest and we'll maintained resort at Mandarmani. In-house kitchen food is delicious. Kitchen timing are odd:
8am to 3pm
6pm to 9:30pm
You can get tea coffee and breakfast across the road from 6am to 9:00pm
Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 500 per night, no additional facilities included for the pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was good and the hotel is hygienic as well but the food quality is not upto the mark.
And being from Jain religion, they served us French fries and panner pakora in deep fried fish after oil which they afterwards didn't deduct from the total amount payable out of courtesy.
And tea coffee is not served entire day. They maintain certain fixed timings for serving tea and coffee.
And being such renowed chain hotel ,it is highly recommended to serve South Indian dishes in breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic resort for those who need peace and relaxation. Rooms were neat and tidy and staff was very nice and friendly. Restaurant food is superb You can visit the sea side dining space and enjoy your meal while watching the sea waves. Beach is clean and not much crowded (you won't find any stalls for snacks so that's a negative). Also it's a pet friendly resort.

Pros: decent location n pet friendly
CONS : Average food
Over priced resort as there r many other better resorts in the same area with less price.
Rude receptionist behaviour towards everything,
No mineral water, no tea coffee no basic amenities.
Hotel staff needs basic manners to be taught.
Final verdict : Easily to be skipped if you want to have a peaceful n hasslefree vacation.
Hotel staff are very particular about check out at 10am. It is very very difficult if you are with family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was wonderful. But need some maintenance. And need some good managing. I faced a menace with another guests during leaving the place. That could be avoided tactfully. If they wouldn’t allow minibus into the premises. That was blocking the passage. Guests were enjoying themeselves by wasting other's valuable time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location with the Beachfront sitting arrangement is the best part about the hotel. It's well maintained from outside but very poorly maintained from inside
The furnishings are good but not maintained.
2nd good thing is the cook . The food is very tasty .
But the basic problem with this place is the management.
Very poor behaviour with customers. Also,i feel there is manpower crisis which they try to cover up with improper behaviour, again a big mistake !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful seaside resort, perfect for an idyllic vacation. It has a picture perfect private beach, just a few meters from the property. Just get down the flight of steps, and you'll be right on the beach. The best part about this resort is the service. You can get your food: breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner etc delivered right on the beach. Just relax on the chairs and/or the recliners under the shade and chill, listening to the waves and feeling the sea wind on your face. It's bliss.
Candlewood Beach Resort is a must visit. Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and fully satisfied stay. Overall experience is very good. Location and ambience is just perfect . The property is on the beach so accessing the beach is just steps away. Seating area in front of the beach is excellent to enjoy your evening tea or drink and snacks. They have a mocktail and tandoor counter on the beach side that is an added attraction. Now the rooms were good and clean. Toilets are clean also. I booked one executive ac room and one deluxe room. Executive ac room no 102 is the corner room with the best sea view through the glass wondows. Some minor issues with the room were there like door knobs were a bit faulty , the glass of the window was not clean enough but with the overall experience I can ignore these kind of trivial issues and thats why I gave it a 5 star. The small garden with kids play area is good . The food quality is good and tasty but a bit costly . And last but not the least the behaviour of the staffs and service was just above the mark . Everyone from reception to room service was very polite and helpful . I enjoyed my two days stay with my family very much .
