They charge Rs.700 extra from tenants towards maintenance charges every month which is illegal and if you question them, they will disrupt your back up services, water services etc. and will force you through your landlord or in other ways to vacate the flat. So if you want to rent an apartment here be prepared for this discriminatory treatment.

I had gone there and immediately seemed to notice few things like, lift wasn't working (one of the lift) and it has been in the same condition since past 1 year. No shade for car parking. It used to be in good conditions an year back. It is less crowded than others and quality seems OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the society is good and easily accessible via metro. At one side there is noida-greater noida metro line and the nearby station is Sector 50 and on the other side noida-delhi metro line and the nearby station is Sector 34.
The society has ample open space and the construction quality of the society is too good. It has open car parkings, swimming pool, power back up, a small garden etc.
There is also a big park in the vicinity of the society named Meghdootam.
The society also has schools and temples in the nearby area like Nilgiri Public School, Manav Rachna International School, LPS Global School, Digamber Jain Temple.
