★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid, avoid, avoid.....Lot of aunties working there stuck in 70's era. If you are an aunty yourself you will love it. When you call on phone and ask for rates, they don't give it because they have different rates for different people. How can cost of services like waxing be different? I have been to this place for a few times and they charged me about 1100 for pedicure and manicure. But recently when my sister called, the receptionist (probably a new one and unaware of their policies) said 750 was the cost of pedicure and manicure. Different rates for different people judging by ones appearence ?So buyers beware of this place. Avoid !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed about what happened this week. I went to the cashier to pay for services and she was informed what jobs had been done. She told me the total amount to pay and I paid the amount. I was told that card payment was not possible without any explanation. After the payment, another employee asked the cashier if she had done the total correctly and that it should cost less for the service. She then realised that she had charged me extra. There was absolutely no apology for this and I was more shocked by the fact that the owner was sitting next to her all of this time.
the owner asked her why she had not done the bill however the owner took no responsibility for the action and all they did was just refund me the money. this is extremely unprofessional service and very shocking consumer treatment.
