The staff is kind and comfortable to be around. You can also opt for a personal trainer. Overall you will enjoy and look forward to working out over here.

I usually workout during night and they do provide a trainer at that time as well. Quality of all the equipments are top notch and they have taken all the precautions during pandemic situation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an actual great place to workout. Friendly trainers who know what exactly they're doing. Not a day goes by when I miss my workout. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and motivational. They'd be standing next to ya while working out and as soon as you start getting tired they'd do their job. Absolutely professional people working here. Music taste could get an improvement. Over ll I'd say its good to ce here and lose your weight and gain a bunch of muscle
