★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking yoga classes with Dr Lucy for past 2 years for weight loss.She is amazing.I lost weight despite eating my normal diet no fancy weight loss tips just minor changes in the diet and plus exercises which she teaches is really nice.Not only she makes to do yoga but at the end of yoga session she also makes sure to relax the mind through some relaxation techniques which is seriously good.Also she is extremely professional by which I mean she is always on time for all the morning classes.I would definitely recommend her n I am still continuing with her.
