★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saveen is by far the best coach and mentor and not only that he is a great person at heart. The most selfless person ive met. My mother's sugar levels had reached 600 during the lockdown. Where the doctors suggested us to hospitalize her it was Saveen who came to our aid and asked us to take some precautions and we did as he suggested. If it was not him my mother wouldnt have cured. Forever grateful to Saveen for all the help that he did in that difficult time.

Reason being, it runs on an old school and evergreen concept of weight training.
The trainers here are well equipped to not just train, but literally transform your mindset and eventually your body and lifestyle.
I'm someone who suffered from PCOS for nearly 4 years. But training with Fitt studio helped me battle it out of my life.
I had considerable fat loss and developed a healthy lifestyle.
I totally recommend Fitt Studio to everyone who are serious about transforming their lives for better health and fitness.

They give their 100% and also motivate you to give your best. Your personal health and fitness goals can be achieved with their guidance. Training and diet plan will be according to individual client profile. If you put in good effort and stay dedicated throughout your transformation journey, you will get unbelievable results.
My personal trainer is Mr.Naveen Menon and he has been very patient with me from the beginning of my training program and thought me many workouts from scratch. I never had a personal trainer prior joining Fitt Studio. So, I had the opportunity to learn lot of things about workout and diet from my trainer and re-learn a few things in the right way. So far, I have completed 7 weeks of my transformation journey and have lost upto 10 kilos. I already feel strong and in better health. I still have 5 weeks to go and expecting a very good transformation by the end; stronger, fit, even physique and overall good health.
Thank you Mr.Saveen Menon, Mr.Naveen Menon and to the whole team. Thank you Fitt Studio for a great experience.

I had always wanted to get into a workout routine, but I had lacked knowledge on how to go about doing it the right way. That's when I approached Fitt Studio. I was trained by Nidhin Kannath. A highly motivated trainer!
I used to have a sluggish lifestyle. I could barely lift any weight when I first started. This is where having a good trainer really helps. Nidhin provided me with a lot of support and guidance on how to lift. Today at week 12, I’m surprised to see myself do a Chest Press with a pair of 12.5kg dumbbells.
I’ve lost 11kg body weight over a period of 12 weeks. Not only do I look better, I feel much better too!
I would definitely recommend this place if you can seriously commit yourself for 12 weeks to reap its benefits.
One tiny bit of suggestion which I might have for the team is to try and include theory session on diet. I would always ask Nidhin a lot of questions, and he has always been patient in giving in depth explanation to all of them, which helped me understand better why I’m eating what I’m eating.
If this could be made part of the program, it’ll help people stick with their diet.

Joining Fitt Studio and incorporating fitness as a part of my lifestyle has instilled the confidence in me, which I had lost somewhere along the way of life. I can now set out other goals and achieve them :)

I'd like to thank my coach Vijay for my transformation. Also thanks to Saveen sir and entire team at fitt studio for constant support , inspiration & motivation.
I focused on losing fat , preserving & gaining muscle, which were just one of the many benefits that I've reaped from the program.
My internal organ health also improved i.e. my thyroid profile, liver profile, kidney profile improved thanks to Vijay’s good knowledge about right food and supplements to address the issues I had.
Also, I've never felt more alive. The #endorphins released by the body naturally after each intense session uplifted my mood for entire rest of the day. My increased fitness levels has also boosted my confidence which has helped me in other areas of life too. When you tackle challenges like #200kg #legpress or endure the #doms that set in after doing #bulgariansplitsquats as one of the exercises on the #legday , your other tasks from day to day life don't seem challenging at all!
Again, not only did I learn right form for each #exercise which most of us don't know, I also learnt about what most of us tend to belive that we know, but don't actually know - eating right and drinking #water right!
Overall, I'm very happy with my transformation journey and wish to continue pumping iron for the rest of my life ??.
And now a days, when looking at weights I'm about to lift, in my mind I think what 8 times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman often says, "light weight baby!!!"
