★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know why a reputed brand like the French loaf gives away franchisees to such shady bunch of people, who over charge the items than what’s displayed n give excuses like “it’s plus taxes” and don’t even give a receipt for the same.
A bunch of thieves running this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to hangout with friends and family as well, located in awesome place and you get good view of it, even when you park your vehicle you can smell the food, the tasty French loaf, or French style pastries, cakes and much more to offer, but expensive though but definitely worth giving that much money so give it a try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Swiss roll from there. It was around 3 pm and staff said only takeaway was available. It was for my kid and she was unusually so reluctant having it. Once I tasted it, I realised that it was not a fresh piece and in fact a, stale one. Didn't expect this from a French Loaf store. Pathetic. Will never parcel off anything from French Loaf

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ used to be a good place, quality has gone down now. today they had muffins that were expired a week back. When i showed one of the expired pack they simply kept it on the desk and didnt even bother to clear the other expired ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered cake from swiggy and informed that HBD to be written on top of the cake but when delivered nothing is written on top, complete disappoint on that. Staff or management there do have common sense that when some1 orders Full cake will they take it blank?? We have to go for another cake in different restaurant. When we thought to taste it at least, found it's old cake can't even cut the cake and taste was horrible. Careless of staff and management. Look into these issues and address it. If I call the number no one is there to pick and it's switched off. Not to go this restaurant at all. Plz refund my money of 400rs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place sells some bakery items but caters to Swiggy more than the walk in customers. Upon inquiring whether they had anything veg to eat, they flatly told that the entire section has been reserved for Swiggy.
There is a small seating section but seems useless since there is nothing to eat. The air conditioning doesn't work as well.
The items seemed good including breads, buns, cookies, cakes, etc. Tried an Apple pie and it was among the better ones I've had.
Overall not a place to visit, but might be worth ordering from.

They are charging GST over MRP.
When I asked why they said it's net price only. Later I got call from manager, he said it's printer problem.
Brand like the French loaf doing such blunders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst tasting pastry ever. Can’t even try to describe it. We didn’t want to take another bite. It was too sugary and the artificial flavor was too much.Wasted arnd 160 for the 2 Pineapple pastries. I had a veg puff and also purchased 2 loafs of bread. It was okay but nothing great about them.
Please don’t waste your money for the pineapple pastry ever. you might end up never feeling like eating a pastry again.
