★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We approached The Function Junction for my Daughter’s first birthday after checking out reviews on Facebook. It was much against the wish of my husband who wanted other event planners. We met Priyanka who was very patient in listening to all that we wanted. She also gave in her inputs. On the day of the birthday I was awestruck seeing her work and detailing. She has transformed the entire hall into a beautiful fruit garden. Priyanka is a meticulous planner and a perfectionist. We couldn’t find any flaw and she had brought in every tiny thing that we had mentioned her. She is too brilliant. Her husband was also so supportive. Her staff were very helpful and stayed through the event. By the end of the event more than me my husband was very happy for choosing The Function Junction. Thank you Priyanka for making my daughter’s birthday very colourful and memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional in handling a simple balloon decoration for a birthday.
1. After taking the advance amount Ms. Priyanka Rajvanshi never calls or picks the call.
2.Charges un-reasonable price by lying that balloon are all imported. But used Made in India balloons from "Rub Air balloons Pvt Ltd."
3. The venue was at "The Taj West End" and it is a heritage hotel where safety shoes is a must, but she sends the worker without shoes and they were not allowed inside. She claims she regularly organises events in that place and doesn't have a common sense of sending them prepared.
4. She used broom sticks and paper flowers instead of real Piper's and flowers. No effort was put to make the decoration look natural as in the reference photo given by her before taking the advance.
5. After all these Ms. Priyanka rajvanshi knows that customer will be upset and may not pay the balance and holds the customer at ransom in the nth moment.
6. As per the agreed terms balance money was to be paid after the event , but her assistant interrupted the event and forced us to pay.
Beware of this company. They don't respond to your calls once the advance is made. I had to struggle to get the decoration done. They show one image and quote more and compromises on quality and looks.
