★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness is not their forte. They must work upon the presentation of food and menu. The menu card we were handed was crumpled, to say the least. They can work on their service which is very slow. We ordered pizza, which was not bad.

Poor food served , when asked for the same they asked they can not offer another food at the time 9:30-9:40 PM, we left food and take from another restaurant by paying full bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall setting is good. I think they should update their menu to include more variety of dishes. Also the lighting decor can be improved as the place seems dark from outside. Coming to the most important thing and that is the quality of food, I felt that to be average. Indeed there is room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience. I took one bottle of mineral water but they billed for 2 bottle. And what to say about a staff. I had to give order twice and they made us wait for 1 hour 10 mins even in the empty restaurant. Ordered veg fried rice but the rice was not properly cooked. It was like fried rice grain not at all boiled rice. Fish(basa) in oyster sauce tasted like chili fish in cornflour gravy and fish tasted stale and Kung pao chicken tasted like sweet chicken where as it originally tasted like slightly spicy sour and sweet all in one. Pieces of chicken were like was eating the fat part of the chicken. I will not at all suggest anyone to have a good lunch or dinner over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is situated on the 3rd floor of Star Mall, Madhyamgram. The ambiance is very good, the staffs are very courteous. The food portion size was good. But the taste could be better. We ordered chicken drums of heaven, chicken tandoori and pasta in white sauce. To be specific, the Chinese item was better than others. The coolers were very good and fresh. The place is recommended.

The food is blant and tasteless, we ordered Malai chicken, with garlic nun and butter nun and a pizza. The malai chicken was horrible and had no taste, the nuns were like leather garnished with garlic and butter. The pizza was a bit digestible
No complain regarding staff, they were co-operative and well mannered. But the food O GOSH!!
It was my boy friend's birthday and had the worst experience. Donot recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is very nice. The food is super tasty. Don't miss the chicken drums of heaven.The noodles are also awesome, especially the chilli garlic noodles. Shredded chicken as a starter was also super tasty. Price is not too costly. Have a go for it.
