★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales girl there doesn't behave nicely . They are not at all responsible. They took more than 70 days to tell me that my watch is not repairable . I am not going to recommend this store anymore neither going to purchase in future. They are actually defaming Timex.
I have my call log intact since November 2021.
If you have called me several times it should be there.
From your service slip I got 2 numbers and all the calls records to these numbers are there in my log. I can show you if you want to see that there is only one incoming call from one of these numbers. That was made on 26th November to tell me that the required parts haven't reached yet.
