Liked the food. Nonveg kabab platter is a must try. Also they have good pasta!
Liked the ambiance.
A bit slow service which is good for me but may not be good for the hungry souls. ?
Overall a good joint.

We have paid full amount for food but counter was closed much earlier and our guest remained unsericed.We have booked the venue with much expectations but our experience was very very bad .Starters were closed much much earlier and we have to listen that they were not given food to eat.When we have paid in full then how it is fair to close the counter and that so in marriage. I criticize the management for such pathetic service in food counters.We do not recommend the venue for anyone with such service.We might have got better service if we have booked other venue .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best options to go for a party or any other function. Well maintained and beautiful decorations that add beauty to your photographs. Food also good. Banquet staff are well mannered and supportive. Cleanliness well maintained. Located just beside a busy road and educational institutions nearby add lot of traffic congestion during peak hours. So problem of parking may arise. Otherwise its very good. Overall a very good experience. People visiting this place will remember the experience of Golden Iris. As compared to the location and grand structure one will find it a little expensive but you will forget those expenses after organizing a function here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably visited this place on around 3 different occasion and this beautiful collection if 2 halls comes equipped with food service and variety of different Coordinating staff service. With enormous parking place and 2 beautiful halls come with highly tidy washroom and beautiful corridors. The ambience here is just magical. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is perfect for quality family time & if you are a photoholic , then surely you will love it. The food was also good but due to covid , they have kept only few dishes to serve.
Overall its 4/5. Staffs should be more active & friendly.

The Event Manager & Floor Manager are ridiculously helping each other for Harassing their Guest.
I asked for complaint book & they gave me a Feedback Form. I am sure, it did not reach to the management of the Hotel.
So I decided to give my reviews here. The management should take care of the complaints & reviews seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked for a wedding reception, the decorations were awesome. Ample space inside for food and well laid out sitting arrangements. Parking can accommodate 50-70 cars at a time...Food was very good except a few items....Big disappointment was usage of broken crockery, cracked cups, plates were brought to the notice of management.
