★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked an appointment for 8:30 am today in the morning for my wife’s makeup as it was our first wedding anniversary … we went there and we waited for an hour and till now the salon is not open …they are not picking up the call and there is no response from anyone … we have already paid in advance and this is what we are getting from this salon … so unprofessional they are

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place with my 4 cousins.. And we all took Hair color sevice from Hair Palace... And seriously the products which they are using is very cheap.. After few months your hairs turned into grey color ... They just care about Name And Fame Only .. But they don't care about their customers... Very upset with the service of this place.. I don't know how ppl are giving them 5 start..They don't deserve even 1 star...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! Despite a booking no attention was paid,hair wash was bad and hushed up,in experienced staff,make up was done in 15-20 minutes and that too not satisfactory. Was just waiting for getting the hairstyle done for more than an hour.,Hairsrtlist had no vlie of what hairstyle he was giving.Finally I had to settle for blow drying of hair. No cleanliness and Covid norms being followed.Dirty environment.Just want to earn quick money,taking so many clients without appointments and running short of staff. Lousy,bad services provided by the salon.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.Not even capable of one star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon was unkept and filthy. The staff seemed unbothered and lazy. The manager kept shouting on other staff while the customers were around. It showed that she had little sense of customer service. There no significance given to hygiene and cleanliness. The towels seemed like have not been washed for ages. There was dirt and filth everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best services done by Poonam mam and Gauri mam awesome makeup. Staff here is very friendly nd helping. Also khushboo mam of chd branch helped to provide the best deal for all the bridal services. Isha nam , manager of the saloon helped is very much co-operative. Best place to be recommended.
Love to visit again

Never seen such arrogant and rude staff don’t have etiquettes and the way to behave being in service industry ….. You guys are very proactive at the time of selling packages.. At the time of giving services you feel as if customer is at your mercy and if taken a package than nobody can save him/her from your careless and casual attitude.
Is there any one in your staffs who has some sense??? Most importantly Mr.Manager Ravi ji … He feels he is the supreme power here and client must take his appointment to speak to him as well.
Upon raising a concern to him he says that I should be asked to speak to the junior managers. Teach him some courtesy & manners to how to deal with customers.
Also pls make him aware that he is getting salaries because of us.
We don’t visit your salons because of any of your managers but instead your hair stylists & make up artists and other staffs who actually provide service.
This is the reason why that your staff is reluctant to provide any prompt services that too when somebody is coming after taking an pre- appointment.
You guys are not working in free… we are paying heavy packages from our hard earned money & such I’ll treatment is just not acceptable & won’t be tolerated.
And to top it when we tried to get in touch with you we were told that we can speak to you only if you feel the matter is important enough for you to hear us out. Seems you guys are setting up new standards in service industry.
I PITY AT YOUR SERVICE STANDARDS…

Well managed by Natasha ji cordinating all my events and timings and giving me attention accordingly. Definately recommended for the services they provide and the work they are doing.❣️❣️
