Very pathetic service due to shortage of people.honestly staff's also helpless. Its pure HR and management fault. (reason I heard is, hotel reopened(10 days before) after 2 years due to covid. less people are appointed for service) Poor food too; its salty & sour.

Worst hotel ever ....the receptionists were not cooperative at all their behavior towards guests were horrible.... rooms were okay.....just change the receptionists and everything will be fine!

Rooms are good and neat but the service was very slow and the lift was not good only 1 was working and the working one was stopping randomly once in a while.the air condition was not cooling the room fully only colling it lightly.

Not really a place you’d stay if you are searching for 4-star properties. Might as well book Leila, which is 200 mts away and charges just 50% more, with free breakfast. If you are staying here, do not expect hospitality. Deteriorating bathroom plumbings, high al-a-carte prices, illogical processes (ironing a shirt takes 1 hr, cant have cutlery if you food of your own). Totally passable.

If you are looking for a reasonably good place to stay in the heart of Delhi (CP), at a price that does not burn a large hole in your pocket, you should explore The Hans, especially if you are here for a business trip. The staff is polite and helpful, and rooms clean and spacious. The view is great from rooms on one side with the Ridge's and Lutyen Delhi's green expanse. Their cafe is not high on options, but then, you are in CP. There are plenty of places, of all kinds, to grab a bite. Overall I would rate it as a good experience. Could have been better if there was a pool or spa, to relax after a busy day of work.

I will suggest not to visit except you don't have any other option like me :) Also don't opt for breakfast, it's worst. Breakfast in even very small hotel were way better than here. And please don't ask about lift, you have to wait for nearly half n hour in morning and evening. It says maximum 10 PPL but get overload in four people.

The hotel management is extremely un-cooperative and inflexible. I had a booking for 3 nights, 2 rooms and I had requested early checkin, paid everything upfront. I had even contacted by phone to their team about the same. My flight got disrupted and I arrived a bit earlier at 4 am at night. I requested the manager to give me one room ( to accommodate all 4 guests) until my booked rooms are available in the morning for checkin, and I was ready to pay for it as well, for the whole day, even though I would stay in it for few hours. The manager didn't cooperate at all, and behaved in a very inconsiderate manner, with a guest who is staying in their property for the coming 3 days. He asked me to get 2 rooms for staying until my check in time, which is few hours away. I am a tourist in this city, and showing such courtesy at 4 am at night was very rude behaviour from the management ( even though I was ready to pay). We had a simple win - win situation, which they denied. Hadn't I not paid upfront, I would have cancelled the whole booking for treating a guest like this at 4 am at night. Completely opposite to what hospitality industry stands for, would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The experiece was so bad . Their checkin time was 2:00 PM but booking reciept showed 3:00PM . I reached at hotel with earliar communication that i require earlier check and they assured too for my check in near about 1:00PM but finally i got my room at 3:30 PM.Their staff was so much busy that they used to talk with visiter after gap of 15 to 20 minutes . Limited staff was availbe .Even the security guard was engaged for lugguage services.I booked executive room with doublebed facility but they given me room with single bed .I visited the room and returned bck to reception desk.The staff argued that this was same booking but after my grievence they asked me to waite for double bed occupancy. I was kept on hold for atleast 40 minutes and afteards they given me another room with assurance of double bed but when I reached in the same that was same with single bed and just room floor was chnaged .I was tired at that tym and settled down myself in single bed occupancy only even after I booked for double bed .Their service trolly was always kept in front of room which looks akward . Service knocked the gate with any requirent nd disturbed without any purpose. This property dosnt have hotel culture and they were engaged this some exhibitions/seminars which may be disturbed to the tourist . The location of property was just like an old appartment with no nearby facility.I recommended not to booked such kind for hotel as it waste of money .
