Soon after the call with the sales team, we planned to visit the site and we were impressed with the spacious layout.
Apart from the unique design, there were plots of various sizes.
If you love a peaceful location with ample breathing space, then Imperial Address is worth investing in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prospect to be a great society. Located on the main road. No commercial establishments nearby as of now. It will be interesting to see how the area develops in another 3-4 years once people start settling in. However no connectivity issues unlike most of the villa projects now a days. Not sure how the traffic conditions will be on that road once more properties come up.

We met sales person Harish who explained in and out of the project and we were very impressed with the way it was explained and we booked the plot on the spot... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our first visit to the site we found Mr.Harish very informative,courteous and knowledgeable who understands clients’ needs and answers accordingly. About the location of the project it’s good for those who like to enjoy the calm and serenity of nature away from the city life. The masterplan looks quite impressive and eye catching. However waiting to see the developer brings the project into reality.

Good infrastructure in this area. 7-8 km from Chandrapura circle, where all necessities are available. 3-4 km many supermarkets/hypermarkets are available. They have 30:70 scheme, so for Investors it's a good. But for self use check if your requirements are meeting up or not. This area and property has potential in next 5-10 yrs.
