★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gym, very helpful staff and trainers ..... bit small in area and sometimes really crowded during peak times but Good and well behaved crowd. Good for any1 who is looking a good and poise gym with proper trainer and training programme without burning a hole in his/her pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice gym the atmosphere here is too good for work out and training. The owner is also very friendly and personally looks out for each member and helps out for every matter. Here you will have canteen which is having diet according to your training plan an is affordable. The trainers here are also very good and they provide a good sort of training to everyone, also the equipments available here are top notch so it's easy to adjust with them and work out properly. So it's nice experience being here, if you want you can also try out and its really not expensive.
