The Junkyard kolkata is a beautiful cafe & restaurant located at Shyambazar(metro gate number 3), a 1 min walking distance from Maharaja Manindra Chandra College.
Ambience is decorated with marvel & DC pictures.
They mainly serve Chinese & Continental dishes. The cafe can accommodate around 10 to 12 people.
Service was quick & staffs were cooperative.
From my recent visit to this cafe I tried:

?Penne in creamy Alfredo sauce with chicken ₹150
?Cheesy sweet corn & Mushroom Sandwich ₹130

Do try their Sichuan chilli fish if you love too much spicy food?
Their mocktail are highly recommend along with drums of heaven, crumb fried fish.

And burger at ₹2 on billing amount ₹500.
Isn't it amazing?

Its a great place for all the students and low budget people as they serves various dishes like burger,sandwich,soup, Chinese items ,momos etc in a pocket friendly price and also maintains the quality and quantity as well.
The place is small yet beautifully decorated. Its a good place for hanging out with friends and loved ones and enjoying good food in affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the few cafes in North Kolkata and certainly one of the very rare ones that is actually good. It is located in an alleyway behind the Shyambazar Metro and one would rarely stumble upon it by chance. But as I said, this place is worth finding out. Yes, the space is limited inside and seats not more than 15 if I am not mistaken. However, the ambiance is vibrant and of course the food is enjoyable. With the pocket pinch at around 250-350 for a person, this place offers serious ROI with the portion sized and the taste of the food. I tried their special chicken burger, the schezwan mushroom and a veg spaghetti along with a kitkat & a strawberry milk shake and I left satisfied. Yes, the food was not a spicy as I would have liked them to be, but I guess they have kept the dishe safe and mellow to meet most people's tastebuds. The strawberry shake was the star for me though. So if one is in this area, this is the best place to cool yourself and grab a bite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place located near Shyambazar Metro station gate no 3 ( near manindra college).
It's a cute small cafe which can accommodate upto 8-10 heads. Continental, snacks, chinese, mocktails are available at a pocket friendly price and moreover they are giving 10% discount on showing Student ID and if bill is above 500rs. (Limited period offer)
Mocktails at Rs. 1 was available on each bill above ₹500.
Talking about food I'd recommend the peri peri chicken wrap , loaded cheese fries and chocolate rolls with ice cream along with some refreshing beverages like watermelon mojito, Gondhoraj Lassi, Aam panna etc all from their NEW MENU. The quantity was good enough and tasted delicious.
Great place to chill with friends.
