Karighars is best thing that happen to us. They designed our flat and the quality of work and materials used was top notch. It was seamless experience and they have taken care of everything including civil works. Our designer Sukanya did wonderful job in bringing out unique designs for our home, truly appreciate her proficiency in autocad for getting accurate 2D designs. If design is one part, bringing design into reality is biggest challenge. The execution team did wonderful job and not everything can be planned during design phase so the missing things are seamless taken care during execution phase. Special thanks to Managing Director Mr. Vinay Chaddha, tremendous knowledge and experience, his ideas for our house were remarkable. Getting interiors done for your home is a long and tedious journey, with Karighars at your side this journey is going to be a smooth ride. I highly recommend Karighars. Thanks !!

We had a very good experience with Karighars in making our dream home come true. We wanted certain unique design elements and our designer Ms. Sukanya put her best efforts in matching our requirements. Even though we were not satisfied with the initial designs for some of the elements she kept modifying and accommodating our every single design suggestion, she and Mr. Abhishek ensured we are completely satisfied with the designs before moving on to the execution. During execution phase the team ensured every design element matches exactly the 3D rendering. Materials used and installation quality are excellent. They ensured end to end every aspect of interiors gets taken care by helping us with curtains, wallpaper selection, quartz, house painting false ceiling lights etc. Overall outcome has come out very well and our house looks very beautiful and exactly as we wanted and imagined?. I have put one star lesser mainly for the timeliness as during the middle of the execution phase, there were delays due to reworks as the execution team missed out certain details from the design elements. But they ensured final outcome matches the 3D exactly and also did corrective actions and changed the execution team to ensure this kind of delay doesnot happen in the future. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality and professionalism.

We hired Karighars for interiors work for my new flat in June 2021 after doing some research and getting quotes from multiple vendors. We had a limited budget and a tight deadline since our flat was ready for handover and we wanted to move in as soon as possible to avoid paying rent and EMI simultaneously for too long. The thing that stood out from Karighars was the level of detail that they provided in their initial estimate. The other vendors just had high level line items in their quotes. Also we wanted a vendor who can provide a turnkey solution to interiors so that we can avoid engaging with multiple vendors for woodwork, electrical, plumbing, civil work etc. On the budget front they were kind of middle of the road, probably a little towards the more expensive ones but it still seemed within our planned budget. We signed the contract in June and were allocated Anshulika as the designer for the project. We immediately felt at ease at our first meeting with Anshulika. She has a very good ear and was able to understand our requirements well. With a long wish list that we had prepared over the years staying in rented accommodations, we had a pretty detailed plan for our interior design. This led to a 1.5 month long period of design meetings and refinement cycles. We were really happy with the design that Anshulika prepared. She was able to combine her expertise with our wish list to arrive at a technically sound and aesthetically pleasing design that matched all our requirements. Based on the 2D design, we were given a revised estimate. The new estimate was overshooting our budget. This was partly because of our wish list and partly because of errors in calculations done by karighars. After a few adjustments, we payed the second instalment and waited for final measurements of the site, material selection, some final design changes and the 3D renders. This took another couple of weeks. The renders looked really nice. The material started shipping to the site in August. The laminated pieces of board that arrived at the site had flawless finishing. It was noticeably better than manual work that we had seen earlier. Contrary to our initial plan, we ended up doing our own research when it came to the selection and payment for stone(for kitchen) , tiles, and electrical fittings (exhaust and ceiling fans, geysers, lights etc.). This was because even though Karighars has tie ups with some vendors, we couldn’t always find the products available with those vendors to be aligned with our taste or budget. Overall, we ended up spending a lot more of our own time on the interiors work than we had initially planned. It took another couple of months for the on site work to get completed - almost. We hit a few supply chain issues along the way where some material went out of stock. In one such instance, we (my wife actually) were able to find another vendor who had the stock for the required materials. On other occasions, we had to either make some minor changes in the design or just wait for the material to come back in stock. There were some other minor issues with communication of design to production e.g., the wood grains being vertical rather than horizontal or an openable shutter instead of an automated pullout (servo drive). But these issues were fixed without any fuss by Karighars. The best part of the experience was that they were able to ensure that the site was ready to move in on the planned date (1st Oct) even though some minor work was pending and was completed after we moved in. The reasons why you would want to go with Karighars are on time delivery, quality of factory made material and the designers (Anshulika is particular). If you want turnkey service, you may have to compromise on cost or your own aesthetic choices. The quality of work on site is comparable to independent vendors however, you do get the benefits of workforce management and you won’t have to worry about workers not showing up. You will have an on site point of contact who would coordinate the workforce and take care of any real time feedback.

We loved working with the entire team and would highly recommend anyone looking for an interior designer who brings creativity but designs something that fits you ,your style and your budget. Going with The Karighars was the best decision my husband & I made to design our lovely home. Adding to the above, we were overwhelmed by their commitment as we wanted to have our house warming ceremony one month before their timeline which was provided and surprisingly they had completed 90% of the work and enabled us to perform the pooja and that is one of the tremendous services given by them. Inspite of all the hardships and unknown situations we got an excellent service and quality from Vinayak and his team, very passionate about their profession even if there was a lil Delay but the team is very professional and assisted with our every request..The team understood our requirements and matched it with right options. The finish and quality is top notch. We would highly recommend Karighar for their customer orientation and professional services. The final delivery was exactly like the 3D design & was brilliant. Riyanka was working with us and she has a lot of potential in this field of her work, she is quite passionate about her work and has a long way to go.. till she is not convinced she would not recommend anything... we wish her all the very best for her future.
