They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. I LOVE this place because of the personnel. I feel like I am going to my best friends home and being surrounded by those I feel comfortable with!

This time its The KayaKalp Spa. The one star says all but still let me explain.
Interior - Average
Price - Good
Hygiene - Below Average
Massage - Do they call that massage
Therapist/Masseur - Worst Ever
Opt In Service - Extremely high Price
The Spa is located at a good place , Front desk greeted warmly and rooms were average. But the masseur was so bad in attitude. Just for sake she was smiling and saying very mean words that you ll never expect in a SPA.
Scene -1 : Please put a bit more pressure in lower back.
Masseur directly denied said no i cant put extra pressure you have paid less. and what she said amount i have given more than that in front desk. Massage was not also good that i can think of adjusting pressure. Massage was rubbing oil.
Scene -2 : She left twice in between massage. After 30 mins when i said pressure is less , she said when i was giving more pressure why you did not complain . Does this make sense anyway ?
Scene -3 : She asked me to Opt In Services which i denied , still she forced me again n again to take and was saying price which is sky high. After massage she just left without showing where is placed shampoo n wash in bathroom.
This kind of service is totally unacceptable. I was about to complain in front desk but to my bad front desk lady was not available at the time I left as it was lunch time( I understand).
My Recommendation : A straight NO !!!!!!!!
