1.Great customer service ?
2. Very friendly and patient staff & technicians??
3. Affordable long term plans?
4. Genuinely promised speed?
5. Resolution TAT = 24 hrs to 48 hrs.?
6. Hassle free installation and payments ??
Wish I could trace these people earlier when I needed a good internet connection. Better late than never!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer for the past couple of years, and I have to admit that your service has been a lot worse in recent months; on average, I have two days of downtime each week, which is causing me problems when working from home.
There was no previous notification of the outage, and no one took responsibility or responded when we tried to contact you via Whatsapp chat. Your hotline is also not working.
Now that I'm writing this review, your service is also down, therefore I'm using my mobile internet. Consider how awful your service is in comparison to the money you're charging.
Please enhance your service and be helpful to those who use it; otherwise, it will be difficult for you to keep your position in market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soumendra jena should be behind bars for making peoples fool by selling his old and damage products,He and his wife are new bunty bubly of odisha who use to scam peoples.i request every investor and even dubai peoples to kick out this man from your country as he cheated india in past days and looted many money from peopels in name of service and selling products.He has a mental tendency not to remain in a constant place or with any thing.He is taking loan from bank and buying expensive car ,bikes and flat and when not able to pay the emi then he use to sell those things and now planned to leave india leaving all liabilities behind.Proper legal action should be taken againts this fellow.You can check out this person real face by searching Soam jena scam in youtube search bar.Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst network providers in the state. SO disappointed with their work and services. They have not been receiving our calls, not responding to our complains. Our work is getting affected. If this is their professional attitude, they are doomed. If you cannot keep your good clients happy, you have no future at all. Absolutely horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst network service provider of Bhubaneswar.
They tried cheat me. While getting a new connection I said them very clearly that I will be shifting to the adjacent building in our same society in 3 months. They said the shifting charges will be only 500. I trusted them and said okay coz if shifting charges were high I would have taken their connection after 3 months. So I took their services with an installation charge of 3000 INR (which is ridiculously high for any ISP, the next costlier is 1500 INR). After 3 months when I asked for shifting they asked me the same 3000 again for shifting. I was very disgusted, coz only 3 months back they said they will shift at 500 INR. I was in an utter loss. Coz I used their services for 3 months only and paid installation charges of 3000.
Even after phani cyclone this ISP was the slowest in getting back to providing internet services. So service wise also it's huge failure. They do not pick up calls nor they will entertain you.
DO NOT GO FOR JETSPOT. Honest review. The owner of jetspot will never post 1 star reviews on their home site. So don't fall for that good reviews trap.
