★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At least 6 patients were waiting in the lounge of whom, 2 seemed very critically sick where the doctor was already an hour late and when inquired at the reception, we were told that he got some guests so he will be coming after having lunch with them. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
