★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Sales team... i met with mr Gaurav sinha ( Executuve Sales) before several days and finalise the deal on monday. he committed to make connection by next day but after taking documents even he is not receiving calls and no one came here for make connection today is 3rd day. i am waiting from 3 days as he committed for make connection on next day... so dont believe on the sales team and try to not take ACT fiber connection. there are many fibre internet providers in market. pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider. Internet is down from more than 12 hours. They knew it from the morning that the link switch is down, yet they can't fix a bloody link switch in past 12 hours. No customer care number provided in the app. The person who sold me connection is not picking up my phone or answering my messages. Highly unreliable, unprofessional and unacceptable services. Please don't choose ACT Fibernet.
