Pathetic services.
Every week I have to face more than 2 breakdowns. And the service provider doesn't respond. It's been 2 days since we have logged the complainant but no response yet. Customer service staffs are unprofessional. Continuously taking follow-ups from Saturday 7 pm till today, surprisingly no one is even bothering to pick the call.
I will never go for this service. I will not recommend someone else either. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ON 7TH OF MAY I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND person named ANCHI attended my call she was unable to solve my problem that time and asked me to forward the complain to the technical team..today i got to know that she didnt even raised the complain and i am here hoping that i will get good speed..just terminate her from her job if she just know how to fool the customer and to solve the issue...and also spiderlink itne din ho gaye tum se problem solve ni ki jaa rhi..yadi services deni nhi aati na to ghr betho customers ko pareshan mat karo samjh gaye na
