I have bought an AC of Voltas from Amazon. It has been 3 days and facing a pathetic installation service from Voltas.
Their mechanic and service guys are so rude and arrogant and give many excuses to not get the job done.
And last they are telling me to return the AC from where I bought. DISGUSTING SERVICE.
Their behavior force you to choose and think about other option but no Voltas.
If I choose another serviceman for installation then i will loose 5 years warranty given by this company.
They are framing and compelling the customers to buy from their stores and not from Ecom portals.
God swear i will not recommend VOLTAS to anyone.
Still not received their service.
I have to choose to take other mechanics to install the AC.
