After all feasibility check, I have gave all documents and 4200/- to this company on 24 feb 2020.
After 15 days of continues follow up they asked that we can not give connection in your area and they will refund my money in one week.
Till date 9 jun 2020, I am waiting for refund. The manager manoj (+919582269060) has no sense of talk, every time he gave a new date to call him and then stopped picking up my phone.
GTPL customer service having no idea about the problem and they don't want to understand, I have wasted almost 100 hours with customer service but no solution.
Mailed so many times with all details but no resolution.
This company doesn't have a single person who can address my issue.
Please think 1000 times before taking this company service.
Still waiting for my hard earned money and regularly I will update the date in this review. till date haven't receive my money.
I can also see lot's of fake reviews from the GTPL team, do not trust any 4-5 star fake review. I would recommend you to go with other ISP.

They don't pick phone. As they collect amount then no service.they just come to collect money.To get conection You have to find their office. And call them again n again
24 hrs then they do listen you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider..Stop internet service anytime..Jaipur team is useless...Nobody pick the call..Deepak Tandon,Vinay Rathod and Om Shankar Khandelwal are few names from Jaipur team who do nothing except listening the problem and most of the times..not even pick the call...Even do not refunding money...Please do not go for GTPL broadband..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the service. The wifi connection is down most of the time. I need to complain each and every day. And now the support is not even registering the complain.
Specifically the Jaipur service and their team is worst to choose. Would never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to lodge a complaint that my net isn't working and your support team and repair team is useless. They only respond after lodging 10 complains and when they do actually visit your house for repairs, never accept their own mistake and blame you for faulty wires despite THEM FIXING THE WIRES AND DONGLE in the first place.
Despite telling them many times that the speed is low, they did nothing and walked off without actually providing a resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using their FTTH for abount a year, Installation was fast
In this one year I had connectivity problem only one time but it got solved within half day...so thumbs up to that.
LAN speed as they had intimated and on wifi a bit lower which they had intimated before installation.
Sometimes It is a bit slow but I am not considerate about it, in technical systems it happens.
Overall they are providing value for the money, dont listen to the negative reviews...these people dont wanna spend money and want a service like CISCO
