We had in first week of April 2021 ordered a Sofa cum bed, and they had a wide variety and had accommodated every single request of alteration width, size, reduction in handle etc to suit our requirements. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a good experience with Living Room since last 15 years and have had the same recently when we placed our order for Sofa cum bed in March 2021. Would like to place on record our thanks to the entire team which assembled our customized sofa cum bed with storage and in particular to Mr. Imran @Living Room Mahim with whom we coordinated and conveyed our requirements. Every single detail was taken into account and the end result is one of the most comfortable sofa cum bed we have purchased. Wishing you all @ Living Room good luck and success always

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard home furniture store, collection did.not appear very appealing to modern designs. Furniture appears to be durable.
Also has some modern furniture like folding dining table, sliding wardrobe etc.
Limited parking around the store.
Accepts Card payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their product looks good however the after sales service is pathetic. The sales person will stop receiving your call and the service center is useless. It would be better to buy from other competitors then these guys. Highly disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic quality, they really have degraded it. The fabric that we selected MD why they gave was completely different, when we asked them about it they were saying it’s the same . Even the wood quality is so bad fungal coat is coming again and again . Yeh mattress they provided was huge cost but after using we realised it’s just spring and nothing. Polish is so and , chair got broken just using after a year . This is not even one star . It’s a fraud and big scam . Don’t buy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a very bad post sale experience at this place. For their high end furniture, clearly customer care in down the lane.
I purchased a sofa end of 2020 and Mr Niraj promised me that he would see to it that when I want a new set of sofa and covers it would cost be Rs 4000. All I needed to do was call him and it was some special service. Keeping that in mind I went today to get sofa covers and based on the material I selected they quoted a price of 9k ( Point to note this is only mid range.
After which I asked him for a discount to which he was offering me just 500 Rs less. I reminded him taht he said whenever I would. Come the next time I would only have to pay Rs 4000. he refused to accept it.
I Purchased a sofa with material close to 60 k Rs thinking I would gegood service about sales and nothing else. i would suggest that people shuld go to either bgi to home centre or any local shop as these guys just give fake. Promises. also if you happen to buy anything from there see that you take it in writi ng if they tell you that they willThat was my mistake and give you a special discount. that Was my mistake and I would not want anyone to suffer.
With that said I would strongly recommend peope not to go here. utter rubbish from sales executive, all they care is about probably their commission. I will be posting and making people aware in all related social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bought furniture from The Living Room Mahim in the year 2000 and enjoyed using it for last 21 years. It has given us very good service in comfort as well as aesthetic. We have moved this furniture to our new apartment as we did not want to part with it even after 21 years. I would say at The Living Room there is no compromise for quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Their salesman Azhar Siddiqui does not know how to converse with customers. Bought a bed frame and mattress worth over Rs 30,000 but the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Upon enquiring for a replacement or refund, Mr. Azhar straight forwardly told me that I shouldve read the terms before buying and that he has no interest in doing a replacement. He also refused to give me the managers number and is trying to put the blame on me for buying a substandard mattress. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE
