★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have a wedding/ any other social event. The capacity of the hall is not big , maybe good for 150 odd people .It was well maintained and the gar den can be used for dining unless it's raining. There is a wonderful photo frame adjacent to the main hall which was a major draw for young couples to take a snap with the frame for social media!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got married from here. The location is very good, approx. 500 m away from main road. Has ample car parking space. The lawns are very big for organising dinners and lunch parties. The interior is clean, and well planned. They have clean restrooms. The convention hall can accommodate 500-700 guests. They have a secluded area which can be used creatively as a photo booth or bar counter.
The owners are not the primary point of contact, they have a secretary. We were happy with everything. What upset us was that after full and final payment, they started pressurising us for security deposit, which they conveniently forgot to mention while the deal was being made. The tariffs are as per market standards, but they definitely ought to work up their business dealing skills, and become more hospitable towards their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst venue for throwing a wedding or reception.The venue charge is 65000 and does not provide anything complimentary such as furniture or sofa or chair. This place doesnot allow outside decoration or lighting. There is a lady who is in charge of the lighting and deco and charges 1.5 lakhs for it. Even if you want to save on the amount and tell her to make the deco subtle....she will charge you the same...how can the price for deco be more than the hall rent. And when we went to negotiate the price, she said she will reduce and didnot pick up calls for 2 days. Finally we had to change the venue. Very bad hall, you can get even better halls at this rate, you can get film cities at this rate. Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for a gathering of 100-120 people, central ac, well maintained property. Wash rooms are cleaned. The small lawn in the backyard is the main attraction.
Cons: Situated in a congested location, opposite to Vidyasagar hospital. Difficult for people to access their car in the busy road.
The stairs to the lawns are made of vitrified tiles which are quite slippery.
The slabs in the lawn are uneven and if unaware, people might get hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Marquee is a good place for various functions, having ample space for parking. But the entrance from DH road is very very narrow, but still it's getting even when you see the banquet. Open space at back side makes the place more attractive.
