★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly there is very less to experiment with momos and it's wholesome food and deep frying, mixing it with hot sauce and etc will be no more momos them.
Either I will eat momos, if I have carving for fried one I will go for samosa and if I want shezwan I will have a Manchurian or noodles.
However it's personal opinion, someone might like such experiments can surely visit and have such forms of momos.
