★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. They are still using physical file system which takes ages to move around. In my case of 2w accident claim the file got stuck for more than 3 months bacause the person who inspected my vehicle had retired. They ask me to call this person personally to clean my claim. I don't understand how a person no longer working for the company can do office work or this is the external route of corruption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.. it's still working with old government style. They block file for week as the one who supposed to do their work didn't passed the file before going on week long vacation.
