★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before you are confirming either for purchase or as a tenant, kindly be aware this locality is surrounded by mosques ans they play azaan at 5 AM pretty crazily loud and it gonna wake u up from sleep everyday. This is definitely affecting my quality of life and sleep time and also affecting my workplace productivity due to disturbed sleep. Just for the larger masses considering Orchard this can be a deal-breaker.
Multiple police complaints also of no use.
