★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor... AC wasn't working in game zone, home theatres where close during noon time. Renuka mam doesn't know how to talk with the visitors.. worst service... Food was also very average.... Even 1 star is more such a poor service

Ek dam bakvas management no response from any person very rude behavior from that perticular lady who hendle reception.
If you think customer is worthy than take my solution fire that lady koz she has no idea how to talk with customer.... She treat like we are labour nd she was boss so she can walk in front of you even though u talk with her.....
Now come to the food... I just eant to tell in one line.... "raste pe lari pe kha lena yaha khane se achha rahega"
They are try to say that if there is any trouble with you then it is not our responsibility why because the property is not our so u are here without paying any money so onece you paid u are fool.....
If you genuinely trust on reviews then trust on this and dont also think so u can go here its humble request to all....

If you think customer is worthy than take my solution fire that lady cause she has no idea how to talk with customer.... She treat like we are her labour and she is boss
Even though we approx 7 person discuss with her related to issue, she walk away and say nothing can be done
After that she leave reception and don't know where she goes but she even didn't receive the call
Now come to the food... I just eat and to suggest in one line.... "raste pe lari pe kha lena yaha khane se achha rahega"
They are try to say that if there is any trouble with you then it is not our responsibility why because the property is not our it mean that you are fool if you pay a single ruppee here
So its humble request that not waste 1100/ or 1250/ rupee here and if you want to waste by coming here then its better to give it at the needy

They don't know the basic policy of hotel management that "Customer is God". They don't care about the customer satisfaction and even reviews and ratings.

The staff management is very poor and not customer friendly
#ThreeManchurianPolicy (An observed example)
They were not allowing people to take more than 3 manchurians even if there was unlimited buffet system and the people had paid a huge amount. This shows their poor food management system.
#NoRespectForCustomers
They use abusive language and treat customers in the worst way possible.
#PersonalRecommendation
Stay here if you want to get insulted and humiliated.
I would suggest to hangout at some cafe, or tea stall rather than visiting this place because at least they Know the importance of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management. They don't know how to talk with the customer. Room service is also worst. They have worst policy of timings for each activity. It means if you want to play indoor games then you have to play in evening and before or after that you can't play. This place is not worthy at all. Even in indoor games table tennis rackets are broken and they will not change it bcs they don't care about customer.
This place is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice place to enjoy. In your full day package you have access to the following facilities:
1) Breakfast
2) Swimming Pool
3) Lunch
4) Movie time (mini theatre - seats awesome, movie quality-poor)
5) Tea/coffee
6) Disco club (It was suffocating though, but you will enjoy)
7) Dinner
8) Gaming Zone (two pool table - one mini, one big - chess - carrom)
They mentioned other enmities as well but we had no access to those.
One day cost around 1250 only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checkout My photos for more, Review:- Literally Loved It The 5 Stars Worth It,It has Big Swimming Pool Which has big side and small side for kids too along with it, It contains AC Facility And Speakers And GYM And It Has Spa Too And With It also has a Play Area It Means It is like club house and The Ambient Lightings Feels Beautiful And That Waterfall Behind Makes Mind And Heart ☮️ Peaceful. JUST LOVED THE EXPERIENCE.
BUT I Think Bungalows are expensive but if you want this facilities you can buy membership which is affordable price.
