And infinity stars to the marketing staff at prestige smart city ? because they will receive you like a king if you go with suit and they will receive you like a king to the king if you go with normal dressing style.. i kindly request to marketing head at prestige smart city please guide them how to treat clients not their outlook.. clients will comes to see the flats,plots, but not to impress you people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New township announced by Prestige group in 2021 on 187 acres land parcel on Sarjapur Road. The project has plots villas and apartments of various sizes. It also will have Forum Mall. The project is expected to be completed in 42 months as per regulatotry filing by L&T construction who is the contracted vendor for the entire project. Overall it is a very well designed project and have good connectivity to IT parks located on Sarjapur Road electronic City, Bellandur and Whitefield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful project with world class amenities. If you are looking for invest on flat this is one of the best option, invest in the pre-launch and see the growth.
Prestige Staff is professional explained everything in detail.
When it comes to location, from this location you can go to Whitefield, Marathahalli or Bellandur in 30 to 40mins.
Many people said its 13km to Tamil Nadu, why would I think about TN when I can go to my office in 30mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Prestige City for enquiring a 3bhk in Meridian Park. The way they treat customers is horrible. The sales person does not have even 5 mins of uninterrupted time to provide for answering queries. In a span of 10 mins, the sales person went off to attend other stuff atleast 4 times. Understanding that it's a weekend, I went for the second time during slow hours. Same thing happened. Nobody even bothered to stop me when we gave up and left. They treat customers like insects. If you are making a lifetime investment, please refrain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good project. A bit far from center of city but with good amenities and brand value. Someone who wants to use public transport has to walk 2 kms to get to the main gate. I hope they are planning to provide some way to commute within the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great project. Like most of the townships it is located little bit far from city centre, but the plus point is that it is on the main Sarjapur road.
World class amenities and extremely well planned units. They have compact ones for low budget and higher dimensions as well, ranging for 1bhk to 4bhks.
Pricing is better than brigade utopia or any similar tier 1 builder projects. Upcoming forum mall is a bonus. Best suited for people working in software engineering fields, because most of the IT hubs like Whitefield, bellandur, Electronic city is commutable from this location .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has become very greedy . Incresed price from 80 lacs to 95 lacs in one month due to high demand and it will keep increaimg in every launch due to unnecesary hype created resulting into high demand .better look for other opportunity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on the Sarjapur road this is an upcoming township sprung across a span of 200 acres.
Now this township is very diversified offering 1,2,3 bhk along with villas and plots for personal construction. Now this is a bummer but their plots sold out within 2 days of launching. Their apartments look very neatly designed and their space management is impeccable. Currently they are offering their units for box price and bot according to sq. Feet also they have their no loan pay scheme, so put on your running shoes and head to this place to lock your favourite units.
