β β β β β My experience with High trails is really great. I purchased 3 cycles from them in the period of last one year. Initially I bought 2 cycles for my kids, and very recent purchase was a Hero lecto E bicycle. For all 3 purchases, after-sales support was not a concern at all.
The staffs especially Vishnu and Jithin are extreme professionals with a bright outlook.
As per me, this is the best option in Sarjapur area.

β β β β β Bought the Fuji absolute 1.9 for a price much lower than what was shared by BUMSONTHESADDLE considering they are the experts on imported bikes , if you are living around Sarjapura, dommasandra or Whitefield these guys are your go to people for your cycling demand. Jithin and Vishnu are a great team and cyclists themselves they ensure that they get what the customer wants.

β β β β β I have given a Hero whistle cycle for servicing, which High Trails took a week to get it done after a follow up. The service should not have taken more than 2to 3 hours. When I went today to pick the cycle, the old problem of the chain cover getting stuck to the pedal still persists. This is despite keeping the cycle for a week and telling me that we can't do anything. They charged Rs 680 for a shoddy job. The service levels have come down, it could be due to increase in business and taking returning customers for granted.

β β β β β Good and friendly staffs. Jithin and Vishnu are doing a great job. They have good knowledge about bicycles and they are professional cyclists. I'm sure the owner must be very proud of them.

β β β β β Bought cycle for my daughter from here, initially i thought of going to different places to see options and also on price and then eventually ended up buying from these gentlemen. Reason: Decent collection, don't compare it to branded stores like Cycle World and all but it has what is normally required. Also I like the way representative approaches and explained. Recommend to try this shop
