they'll ask to come to thier office and receive the courier...pls avoid if possible...

My review is based on many experiences (6-7 cases), with this courier service. They keep the package with them for few days and then calls and tell to come and pick the package. this has happened with me many time, almost all the times. Apparently, i read many other reviews also saying that this courier is never ready to do home delivery.
They should remove the word 'professional' from their name.
