★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst kind of delivery service that I have ever seen. I have couriered a shipment three weeks ago but it was not delivered till now. I have contacted customer care and it was even worse. All the customer care numbers are not working and even if someone lifts the call, they dont speak politely. They bark on us rather than listening to our queries. Never ever choose it!

Package arrived on Pune and they couldn't deliver it even after 4 days after arriving in Pune location. while asking for status and expected delivery time, person on phone was really unprofessional. didn't provide any reasonable response and was rude. I will never use professional couriers again.
delays can happen sometimes but they need to talk to customers politely and provide proper status at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very irresponsible in their duties ...my parcel is with them for 51 days but nobody bothers to deliver it ...earlier it was lockdown so we can understand but now when everything is open they should deliver it ...very disappointing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please book this courier if you want to go to their office to receive the consignment even if you are living just 5 mins away from their office. As per them they don't have delivery service available in Wakad but they can book the shipment for the same from source. Absolutely not a single call from them even after 10 days when parcel was already reached at their office. Office people are not bothered about your shipment. Most pathetic courier service I ever came across. Pay double money to other courier but don't book this one even if they are offering free delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delievery service.They are not at all bothered about the shipment even if the shipment has arrived and its been 2 weeks since it has reached their office, you have to go to their office and collect it. Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Please close the branch or change the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please change the name to unprofessional, kept lying till end moment. This branch doesn't deliver I had to do Dunzo to get the item delivered. Worst professional courier I have seen charged extra for urgent delivery but dint show any urgency to deliver. If not done they would have never delivered. Google can you have 1/2 1/4 star
