★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service . My consignment has to deliver from purulia to Jamshedpur . The distance purulia to Jamshedpur is approx 100 k.m. it should hardly takes 5 days to deliver my consignment . 10 days crossed but my consignment doesn't delivered yet .
And they are giving the excuses of covid 19.
DTDC and other courier companies are far better than it .
If you want to save your money and time then please do not use professional courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service... They don't have any courtesy tht how to talk to a woman... Very harsh behavior and bad language... As if they are pleasing us... Manager of purulia branch Mr. Rathi said me right now that "parcel nei denge lena hai toh offlice mei aake le jao". This is the way they talk to their customers.
