★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltu courier service. Never Use this service. Instead of this Indian speed post is best. If you have any problem regarding your courier no one will respond to you . Instead they will block. I have send parcel from Pune to Kota on 23 November and the person told me that it will reach on 27 November but it has been 6 days i didn't receive , also I tried calling them but they told it is not our responsibility , we have send the package also the customer service has switch off this phone and when I try calling the manager he give only excuses. ONE OF THE MOST WORST SERVICE OF INDIA. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED AND BLACKLISTED. THEY JUST FOOL PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not having any seriousness about the customers package, they don't care how urgent it is, no proper tracking, no proper scanning on time because of that customers don't know where there package is actually in position..
So as per my experience I won't recommend this courier service, not perticular branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you call on any of the 5-6 numbers, either switched off or not answered. No response to email, website tracking of parcels doesn't work. They also don't call you to give updates.
Horrible experience, you'll feel so much anxiety if you have a sensitive or expensive parcel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried 10-12 numbers to reach customer care executive and give details of courier but almost numbers are invalid and not responding call. Then why given contact number on site, very pathetic service by the professional courier, only professional is in name of courier company, otherwise there is no any professionally in staff to receive call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service for the second time. A document sent from Nasik on 9th March, 22 was delivered on 12th March. That also after repeatedly following up with their senior people. Anyone who is expecting a smooth service from Professional Couriers is in for a rude shock.
