★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst courier service ever. The staff doesn't care about delivering your parcel to you. You will have to drive to their office and get it yourself after having paid for home delivery. The staff members are rude when you call them and ask them about the parcel. They even lied to the sender when he asked if the parcel has been delivered or not. They are the most unprofessional courier services in the world?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady is very unprofessional. my address is just 5kms from their office, but they were keep saying we can not deliver to your location, come to our office and collect the parcel otherwise we will send back to the original destination. unfortunately I have to go to their office to collect the parcel.
Furthermore, I checked my parcel after coming to home it was Damaged, now the question is whom should I ask question about it? Very Pathetic courier service I must say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very unprofessional courier service got my parcel from mumbai it was booked on 3rd of sep reached nagpur on 5 th sep, its being more than 5 days i haven't got my parcel delivered , whenever i call them they don't pick the call if they pick they say we don't have staff to deliver your parcel , then fr wht we are paying them , pathetic service , irresponsible courier service never suggest any1 to go for this , its name should be changed from professional courier to UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER dont go for it

I got promised to delivery at my home but at the end they denied.
I provide my proper number but in boxex they write some different number....they put all information incorrect because of that i suffered alot.
After 8 days i got my luggage just i search by own ..they will not pick your call go for other courier service dont go with the price they will not entertain when u lost ur thing

They don't have any delivery area.... Actually they are think everyone is fool... Very foolish service don't book any consignment from this courier
