Other courier services, post are able to deliver to my house with same address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go for this courier company as they are highly unprofessional. Parcel has been lying in their office for last 4 days, no updates on tracking . When I called them they are asking me to come and pickup from their office as there is shortage of delivery guys.
This is the second time that I have faced the same issue with them
Complaint form on website gives an error after filling all the details though- these details are already available with them.
Head office landline number given on their website P:022 – 27813309 is not working
Managed to get a mobile number of Vaishali from Head office but multiple calls to that number went unanswered

Even after mentioning that the parcel contains food item, they kept the parcel with them for 3 days without any action and after 3 days when I called, they said that they didn’t have vehicle to deliver the parcel. While booking the parcel, they will charge you full worthless amount since you will not get your parcel on time ever due to such stupid reasons.
