★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had v bad experience. Took a shirt piece and just after 1 normal wash, the color faded. After complaining they started to argue and started giving excuses and blaming us saying u must used some chemical or ironed. After shouting they were ready to exchange and stitching amount also I need to buy something useless from the shop.
Also I need 170 metres, and they had 190 as d last lot, they forced me to buy it.
V bad experience.

ONE SHOULD NEVER VISIT TO RAYMOND PARTICULAR THIS SHOP OF RAYMOND BORIVALI WEST,
THEY CHEATED ME,
THE TAILOR OF THIS BRANCH IS USELESS.
HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING
I BOUGHT FIVE PAIR OF PAINT AND SHIRT PICES,IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 4-5/2021 HE PROMISED TO GIVE BETWEEN 20-23/2021,WHEN I GOT MY CLOTHES, IT WAS TOTALLY LOOSE ,NOT CLOSE TO THE MEASUREMENTS HE (TAILOR) HAS TAKEN,THIS WAY I LOST MY ONE ,TWO AND CONSICUTIVE THREE FUNCTIONS, ALL BECAUSE OF WRONG STICHING...WAIT THERE IS MORE..THEN AGAIN WHEN I GOT MY CLOTHES AFTER ALTERING SECOND TIME IN JANUARY SAME THING HAPPENED, THE STICHING WAS ISSUE ,THE TAILOR IS SO MUCH CONFUSED AND CARELESS FOR HIS WORK.FINALLY I GOT MY CLOTHES IN FEBRUARY 9 2022.
AFTER PAYING A HUGE AMOUNT AND VISITING 5 TIMES TO THEIR SHOP.

HE LITERALLY SPOILED BY STICHING IT 4 TIMES.AFTER COMPLAINING (THE OWNER OR FRNCHAISE ) NO RESPONSE !! FROM THEM
I THOUGHT ITS BRAND "RAYMOND" BUT UNDER THE SHADOWS OF RAYMOND THEY JUST CHEATING PEOPLE AND FOOLING THEM..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Raymond shop located just ahead of Moksh Plaza. If you're coming from Borivali, keep an eye on the left-hand side and if you're coming to Borivali, keep an eye on the right-hand side.
You can give cloth material to them just for tailoring it according to your needs.
