★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and skills, very poor example of such a big brand. I would recommend going to some other Raymond store.
In my personal experience they could not even stitch a simple trouser. First it was tight, then i asked them to increase the waist by 1.5 inches and to surprise thet reduced it further by 1.5 inches. I requested them to give me another one because this one would now have thread marks they said they will do it and to my surprise they still gave me the old one altered one more time.
They are bringing a bad to name to such a good brand. I am very disappointed and would look at other places next time.

Prices here are quite reasonable with premium quality.. and it's tailoring service is excellent with customer's satisfaction and the best thing i found here is delivery within 2 days with trial without any extra cost. i must appreciate it's tailor master who fulfilled all my requirements.. overall i had a great experience at the raymond shop malviya nagar??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a suit tailored and the Master Sab Santosh Ji is probably the best I have come across. He has this confidence which is rare to find. I believe this was the best suit crafting experience I have had. Even the staff in the showroom was super courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this brand. Have opt one winter coat for which I paid 9800/-. Including the stitching fee @5500/-. The stitching fee is almost double here but the finishing is weird. My totally money got waste. Please don't stitched anything from here or other Raymond outlets. Moreover after purchase services are Worst they will charge for every visit.
