★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a place to recommend, highly indecent staff, basic gesture of customer service is lacking,especially he guy who was taking the order,I guess he was the manager there. I ordered idli for my 2 year old daughter,she could not finish it because she was a bit cranky at that time and when i asked them to pack one idli so that i can feed her later, the staff came and gave me aluminium foil to wrap the idli and they said we cant give sambhar and chutney in packing. They could have simply taken the idli inside their kitchen ,packed and given instead of giving me a foil paper to pack myself and its a customer's right to take away their leftover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really a very bad experience..from the brand name Sagar ratna (malviya Nagar).. as today we had a lunch with our family and it's a family get together but ..I was annoying that the manager is asking rudely for the orders and at the last they switched off the ac and let us with the suffocating environment to leave the restaurant .our bill was of inr15000 which we paid and we didn't negotiate anything.
Inspite of that we felt as we are here for some free service..we 35 people adjusted in a one corner of the restaurant with our kids..!
It's a very unrespectful experience of mine I felt very bad that why we choose it .. shameful from your no longer customer.

Ambience of Sagar Ratna is very good, one can visit with family or friends- they will have a good time
Food is the main ornament of any restaurant. They have special Dahi Wada as starter - awesome taste, when one looks for South Indian dishes they order at least Idly, Masala Dosa, Uttapam etc They served the food with Smile & pleasures and more over the authenticity of food gives more impact to give any restaurant 5 ? Star.
One must visit if they love #South Indian Food**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I went to Sagar Ratna to eat some dosa and Chinese. Dosa was good but the Chinese were awful ( never try any other food other than south Indian ). Not only I got food poisoning after eating veg noodles and veg Manchurian dry. Veg noodles smell so bad that I have to return the food. After complaining about the food they started treating us differently. The staff was rude and they keep discussing the complainant made a big deal about this.
Ps. Bad service, stale food.
