★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tailoring staff is rude, arrogant, and lacks in delivering the finesse and quality which would come with a tailored suit. The express service, which promises tailored suits in 24 hours, is just for namesake.
The store has decent, and standard fabrics, but that would be meaningless without quality tailoring.
Customer service would do well with a complete overhaul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone has rightly said, with age comes more wisdom. This is one of the old Raymond's shop situated in the center of city. Staff's are very courteous and polite. Seasoned tailors and dress makers, best fitted for any occasion. Reasonably priced and huge collection of fabrics. In a year at least I visit here 5 times. Recommended to shop here.
