★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not have imagined such service at a Raymond's outlet.
They have excuses for everything. Don't have the courtesy to call the customer when the suit is ready and have made me visit the store multiple times due lack of care for the upkeep of even the top of the line offerings.
Moreover the phone no provided doesn't work. Neither does the Raymond helpline.
This should be acted upon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A grand disaster - the store manager should be fired. Zero customer service. I wish google review allowed zero stars.
Went there yesterday(12th Nov - 6:45 PM to 6:57 PM), waited 12 mins for someone to show me the fabric. One guy wandered and rudely told me I don't have what you are looking for and walked away.
I took an UBER to-and-fro from Baner, what a waste of time & money.
Please-Please don't waste your time on this store - attitude sucks!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store collection is good but service is too poor. In case of custom tailored cloths you will not get at delivery date. They do not fulfill commitment of delivery and it has happened almost all the time. Only commitment they fulfill is not delivering on given date.
