★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villas just 10 min from the airport. 2km off the highway. Good for its serenity. Quite far from the city centre. You would need a car to get around.
Basic amenities are around in a two kilometer radius, nevertheless. They a good, well maintained clubhouse with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym (with good equipment), TT, Badminton, tennis courts, a small golf course, and many other facilities.
Buses to Yelahanka ply every half hour during the day, starting from the entrance to this gated community.
A small village and a two or three other large gated communities are around as well.

The club house is poorly maintained since the ownership still rests with the builder.
