★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the property yesterday & thoroughly impressed with the overall plan. Compared to similar projects nearby, quality is what stands out here. The only other project with similar or better quality is Embassy Springs.
Pradeep from the Sales team did a great job explaining the project, it's USPs & provided honest recommendations. Thoroughly impressed with his professionalism & attitude!
Lemme list down some pros & cons of this project & this is purely my opinion & limited knowledge about gated community projects in North Bangalore
Pros:
1. Strategically located - very close to IVC road & 10min from Sadahalli signal (just before airport road toll)
2. Not having to go through the toll road unlike other projects in the vicinity
3. Reasonable pricing
4. Quality stands out (compared to other projects near by)
5. Development work within seems to be going at a fast pace
6. Brand value & quality makes it not only a good place for your dream home but also has great appreciation value for investors
Cons:
1. While the accessibility from IVC road is great, the approach roads aren't wide enough via Sadahalli but then the same can be said for Embassy springs
2. No commercial infrastructure nearby - applies to other projects too in this vicinity
3. You'll not see too many families setting up homes unless the infrastructure around comes up significantly, not liveable for another 3-5yrs - applies to other projects too in this vicinity
Overall, impressive plotted development project with a great appreciation value (time frame 5yrs)

Phase 1 is nicely designed and is very tranquil. True to its name Earthsong, this place is expansive with lots of fruit trees, good view of the lake and lots of birds.
The Sales and support staff are excellent and very supportive.

Best in Bangalore. , Best in price ( even though 100ft IVC road is just 400 meters. For investors it's a gold mine with 4 tech parks and software companies already under-construction.

Really a great amount of efforts put up by Manyata.
One of the best project near airport.
Great place to retire and enjoy your life in nature.
Good facilities at an affordable price.
Can't get such gated community inside Bangalore limits.
If Manyata completes what they have promised, it will definitely be the best place to live in Bangalore among the scenic landscape.
